Return Policy
Items may be returned in person or by mail, unless it was purchased as a "final sale" item. A return address will be sent to you via email once return is accepted through the return process. This process must be initiated by emailing hawthornandhoneygold@gmail.com. Customers may return any unused and unworn items, with tags attached within 10 days of delivery date for store credit to Hawthorn and Honeygold. Exchanges are only accepted on in-person returns. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by proof of purchase to receive store credit for the amount paid for the item(s). Items will not be returned if the item has been worn, washed, or the tag or hygienic liner has been removed. No cash, credit, or debit card refunds will be issued. All clearance items, jewelry, and headwear are final sale and may not be returned, exchanged or adjusted for any reason. If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, or are missing an item from your order, you must contact us via email at hawthornandhoneygold@gmail.com within three business days of the package's original delivery.
Return Process
To return items, please ensure your return is within the policy period and meets ALL return requirements.

Email hawthornandhoneygold@gmail.com to process your return. In the subject line, please include “Item Return” and describe what you are wanting to return along with the reason for return in the body of the email.

Should your return request meet requirements, you will be sent a return label to return your item(s) back to us. There is a $7.00 fee deducted from your store credit for using our return label to cover the shipping cost. You may return your item(s) to Hawthorn and Honeygold locally in Bishop, GA for free.

Expect the return process to take 5-7 business days after it has been delivered to Hawthorn and Honeygold.

After the return has been accepted, you will receive an email noting the status. Once fully processed, you will receive an email indicating your store credit amount.
We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a return based on the condition. Shipping fees are not refunded.
